GO TRI Activity Booking Terms and Conditions

 

These terms and conditions apply to all GO TRI Activity bookings

Entry requirements

• Application is made via the online enrolment system. 
• Applicants must be able to attend all GO TRI Activity dates 

Payment:

• Payment must be paid at time of booking through the online enrolment system. 
• Credit or debit card payments are the only available payment method 

Fees 

A numbers of fees are included in the workshop/training day costs. These include but are not limited to:

• Resource costs
• Transaction fee
• Venue bookings 
• Tutor 

Workshop Applications

Places are offered on a first come, first served basis to applicants.  If a workshop/training day is over-subscribed, you can contact your regional manager to register an interest in future courses. 

Closing date for applications

This will be 14 days before the start date of workshop/training day, or when all available places are booked.

Workshop Confirmation

• Confirmation will be emailed to you on completion of the online enrolment
• Final Details regarding venue, timings, etc. will be mailed to you no later than 10 days before commencement of the workshop/training day.
• Please ensure that the email listed on your home nation’s membership profile is correct.

Cancellation and Amendment charges

Workshops and training days are funded directly by attendees. Our cancellation and refund policy is below

Up to 28 days before workshop/training commences, a refund will be given less the following 

• Online booking fees £5

Less than 28 days before workshop/training day commences:

• No refund 

Or 

• If there is a waiting list for the workshop/training day you are registered on then you will be able to defer your spot on to another equivalent workshop/training day. If there is no waiting list for the workshop/training day this will not be possible.

Less than 14 days before workshop/training day commences

• No refund 

On commencement of the workshop/training day

• No refund or transfer to another workshop/training day either entirely or part of is possible
• All days must be attended and any missed parts of the workshop/training day will require additional payment to complete again.

IF WE ARE REQUIRED TO CANCEL WORKSHOP/TRAINING DAY, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO A FULL REFUND OF THE COURSE FEES PAID, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FURTHER LOSS.

Data protection

On application a record is generated for workshop/training day you have applied for, this is only shared with the workshop/training day organiser, tutor and/or coach.
