Description

Do you want to learn some new skills? Get fit and feel good? 

This sociable women only session could be for you! 

The session is for all ability levels and will be fun and build your skills and confidence.

 

You can book to attend all six sessions at the link on the right for £30.

At only a £5 for each session, (which includes bike hire,) this is great value. 

You can book on for all the sessions from this page or just come along on the day – it’s up to you.

The sessions are on Thursdays in term time and start at 10:00am and finish around 11:30am. 

The sessions take place at the safe, purpose built closed road Redbridge cycling circuit and will be coached by female coaches. If the weather is bad then the sessions will continue inside.

The programme has been brought to you by GO TRI, Muslimah Sports Association, Redbridge Cycling Circuit and Redbridge Leisure and Culture. 

We look forward to seeing you there – bring a friend and have some fun.

There is parking and changing facilities on site. All you need to bring with you is suitable clothes for cycling, jogging and some trainers. The weather is little unpredictable at the moment so please be prepared for all weather conditions.

 

If you plan to come along on the day please arrive 10mins before 10am, it'll help the team get you set-up with a bike in time for the start.
 

What you'll need

General kit list:

  • Trainers
  • Shorts/Leggings
  • T-Shirt or top
  • Water bottle
  • Towel

Biking:

  • Bike* (any bike will do)
  • Helmet
  • * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

  • All you need is a pair of trainers
