Looking for an opportunity to take part in a multisport event for the first time? Aloha Tri are excited to invite you to the GO TRI Local Cycle Hub Duathlon on March 5th with support from Triathlon England.

This is a special GO TRI Local Duathlon, as the event takes place at the St Albans Cycle Hub. GO TRI Local events are for beginners from +6 to adult who would like to try a multi-sport event for the first time. It’s a no pressure and non-competitive duathlon!

Please note this is a bare bones event meaning there will be no medals or chip timing, but the opportunity to take part in a fun, friendly event at St Albans. The cycle course is off-road, so a bike with off-road tyres would be advised. There will be 3 waves consisting of a Children’s Wave for ages 8-14, an adult wave for those aged 15-85 and a Family Wave for children aged +6 accompanied by an adult.

The parent and child wave allows those juniors from the age of 6 upwards to take part but they must always remain within sight of the adult they are taking part with - you must book both the adult and child separately in this wave.

• * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *
