Description

Our new monthly aquathlons are perfect for those wanting to try a multi-sport activity for the first time, as a regular fitness marker or just for fun.

The event includes a short pool-based swim and traffic-free run.

This is a non-competitive event. The great thing is you don't even have to complete the full distance - just do as much as suits you!

Other details: -
Time: Registration 18:15pm / start 18:40pm.
Distances: Varies by age group (age taken as it would be on 31st December).
* Juniors 11+ and Adults - 1.5k run / 160m swim
* Juniors 9-10 - 1km run / 120m swim
* Guardian & Child 6+ years - 500m run / 40m swim

Cost: Adults & Juniors; £5.00

Guardian and Child: Children 6 years – 8 years must be accompanied around the course by an adult at all times (18 years +). When booking please enter the child’s details. The details of the accompanying adult will be taken by the event organiser on the day. The entry cost of £5 is for the child participant only, accompanying adults are free.

Times: We will take finish times so you can track your progress, which will be published in alphabetical order.

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Swimming:

• 1 or 2 piece costume for ladies
• Trunks or shorts for men
• A wetsuit if your swim is open water
• Don't forget your goggles!

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
