Description

GO TRI READING @ Green Park involves a 2km lakeside run/jog/walk, a flat 8km cycle ride, and then another 2km run/jog/walk to the finish.  The cost of taking part is just £12.95, and that includes a home-baked treat at the finish line!

All abilites are welcome and our friendly team will be on hand to offer all the advice you need for a safe and fun event.

On the morning of the event, registration opens at 8:00am at 100 Longwater Avenue, Green Park, Reading, Berkshire, RG2 6GP and closes at 8:30am. We'll then hold a short briefing and group warm up at 8:45am. GO TRI starts at 9:00am.

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Biking:

• Bike* (any bike will do)
• Helmet
• * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
