Description

Have you got what it takes to take on our Shrewsbury run-bike-run Duathlon?  The Perfect event for all ability levels.  We even have a full compliment of junior age group races.

The GO TRI duathlon aims to give beginners a chance to race in a friendly atmosphere whilst the more experienced racers or Triathletes can use this as an excellent training aid.

 McA Fitness & Events were awarded North West GO TRI Event Organiser of the Year Winner and Triathlon England GO TRI Event Organiser of the Year Runner up by Triathlon England in 2019.

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Biking:

• Bike* (any bike will do)
• Helmet
• * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
