Description

GO TRI WATFORD at Watford Woodside Leisure Centre.

This is a fun community event which involves waves for children ages from 11-16 years and for adults.

Children between ages 8 and 10 years old will take part in an Aquathlon.

All abilities are welcome and our friendly team will be on hand to offer all the advice you need for a safe and fun event.The event is intro level, low key and and most importantly for FUN. All participants will receive a medal and t-shirt at the finish line.

Adult Triathlon	Swim 250m, Bike 3.5km, Run 3km
Tristar 1	Swim 50m, Bike 1.5km, Run 0.8km
Tristar 2	Swim 100m, Bike 2km, Run 1km
Tristar 3	Swim 100m, Bike 2.5km, Run 1km
Tristar Start	Swim 25m, Bike 500m, Run 0.4km
Youth (15-16)	Swim 200m, Bike 3km, Run 2km

What you'll need

General kit list:

• Trainers
• Shorts/Leggings
• T-Shirt or top
• Water bottle
• Towel

Swimming:

• 1 or 2 piece costume for ladies
• Trunks or shorts for men
• A wetsuit if your swim is open water
• Don't forget your goggles!

Biking:

• Bike* (any bike will do)
• Helmet
• * If this GO TRI activity uses spin bikes, you don't need to bring your own bike *

Running:

• All you need is a pair of trainers
