Here we give you the choice of whether you/the child you are registering to GO TRI would like to hear from us by email.

Because you/the child you are registering is under the age of 16 we require parental consent before we can confirm the marketing settings.

If parental consent isn't given, we can still finish this registration but the only communication you/the child you are registering will receive will be important updates about GO TRI.

The following should be filled out by someone who holds parental responsibility for you/the child being registered.
