British Triathlon have developed this handy training plan to help you prepare for your first triathlon. The sessions have been carefully put together by experienced coaches to ensure that wherever you are in your swim, bike and run journey, you’ll get the most benefit and enjoyment from your training.

Find an Event for You

There are so many events to choose, with lots of new people just like you taking part.

You can try anything from mini tri’s to a whole range of sprint, standard and middle distance events by using British Triathlon's event search. The triathlon community is one of the most encouraging and supportive around – so go on, you can do it!
